I can tell you i'll be playing Destiny on PS4. So far, I like it quite a bit. It's all the joy of a fps w/ the nice touches of an mmo. Not sure how crafting or anything like that works, or if it even exists. I assume so because i picked up random resource-type things while exploring. Auction House? Who knows... i hope something like it exists eventually. tl;dr... man up & buy it for PS4
You know one thing about Destiny that kinda irritates me... small setting... easy fix... But why do I have to change my invite status every time from Friends-Only to Public. Daily, it reset back to Friends-Only. ALSO -- why we never played together, fucked if I know. We will... believe that! :emot-banjo:
DUDE -- watched a video on IGN -- i don't really understand level'ing quite yet, but I'm getting there. Your sub-class, like your talent tree, maxes out at level 20. From there, you have to equip gear with "+Light" on it. Now your XP goes towards Motes of Light. From there, your main class (i.e. Titan/Hunter/Warlock) continues to level beyond lvl 20. The video had a level 29 dps titan and his talent tree was maxed at lvl 20. Titan jumps in the sky, then shoots to the ground like superman... it's almost like he becomes what the warlock shoots, then he sends out a shockwave when he hits the ground. Glad I put most of my time into Titan. He was definitely my favorite of the 3 @ lvl 8. ALSO -- if you remember in the Beta, you only needed like 50 or so "Strength" to get 100% of your melee attack. Discipline would have been the same for your grenades; no INT in Beta. ANYWAYS = 66 in a given stat only bumped it 24% in the new video which confirms you probably not be able to max all three, a relief to me. Would have been shitty with everyone at full stats... Now that will give you a reason to hold onto gear given your situation/build. Int = More Supers Disc = More Grenades Str = More Melee With my Titan, it's all about STR/INT for the DPS build -- INT to recharge my super + I have a talent that decreases my Super cd every time I kill an enemy by punching them in the dick.
