WHAT ARE WE ALL PLAYING IN WoD?

I'm making this thread to take inventory of what class (and main spec!) we're all planning on playing (in context of the new Emerald Dream <COMMUNISM> that we're gonna use as the main branch) during the coming expansion. I ask in particular because I'm not sure what to use my 90 boost on yet, though I think Dianic (edit: okay turns out that was Sicari I guess?) is a rogue and Daniel is a warrior based on what I see in our current ED thread.

So far, though it may change depending on what everyone else wants to play, I've been considering boosting a priest to 90 since I've always been a good healer (and when I offspec DPS, I prefer ranged DPS) and I've never played a level cap priest, and maybe rolling an alt DK for tanking/melee DPS since I've never played one of those at level cap either.

 

<COMMUNISM> has a long history of discontent and resentment when it comes to the continual status of Shamans. They've never had a chance to be legit OP, just broken and shitty or decently balanced at best. Trevor (RIP Trevor) and then I have long endured that bullshit.

 

I'm leveling a warrior ATM like you said, but I'm going to transfer my hunter soon and going to use my free 90 to make a druid, so I can do the hat trick of healing, tanking, and dps.

 

There needs to be an online utility that shows how the current character model as created will translate to the new ones, so I'm able to make my guy now knowing exactly how he'll look come the WoD pre-patch (when I assume they'll implement that sort of thing, like usual)

 

Ok so i boosted a druid to 90 on ED. Ill transfer my hunter within a few weeks and Ill eventually get my warrior to 90 in a few years lmbo

 

Which one do you think will be your main of the three dudes though, at least at the start? I'm still leaning heavily towards going holy/shadow priest or something since nobody else is playing a cloth healer so far, but if you wanna druid heal for your main, we may need tanks more than heals at this point. I'm good at everything so it makes no difference to me.

 

I'll do whatever is needed. I'd probably prefer to heal, but if you want to do a priest thing then I can tank.

For years I've basically been Trevor 2.0 in many regards. The shaman-playing, the musical tastes, the bastion of personality, the lifeblood. It's like there were patch notes that basically advertised the main fix as ironing out that "real obnoxious drug addiction bug".

 

I think ATM what we are looking slimest on is tanks. I know I'll probably be warrior tanking since Devin all the sudden got a rager for healing.

 

I'm making a DK alt too, but who knows when I'll cap on that fucker.
